Wanting to highlight the benefits of using the internet in our daily markets, we list below the terms and conditions for returning defective or non-defective products.

RETURNS/CHANGES

To return or change a product, the necessary conditions must be met:

To have informed the COMPANY about the intention of part or all of your order.
Returns shall be made strictly within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Returned products must be in the exact same condition as the one you received (product packaging, labels, etc.)

Product Returns due to delivery error

Returns of defective products

In case it is found that an item has a manufacturing defect, and it is confirmed, the following applies:

The guarantee is provided for a limited time. After the end of this period, or repairing of the item, the replacement of the products is possible with an additional charge, following a new agreement with the customer.

The return of the product in order to be replaced must be done together with all the documents that accompanied the product (eg DAT, Retail Rep. Etc.) and its complete packaging.

The return of the products will be done by courier, or in the store maintained by the COMPANY with the trademark “workshopjewel.com”. In cases of return by courier, the customer is charged with the shipping costs to the COMPANY and the COMPANY is charged with the shipping costs of the replaced or repaired product.

After the return of the products, the defect reported by the customer is checked and then contacted to inform them about the results of the check.

If the defect is found, the product is repaired or replaced, otherwise the transaction is canceled in case the product cannot be repaired in a reasonable time and the company cannot find another product of similar or better characteristics, or with an equivalent value for replacement. In case of cancellation of the transaction, the refund of the initial purchase is made in the same way as the initial payment of the customer to the COMPANY.

Returns of products deemed defective upon delivery.
